Working hard to get table ready

 I was working hard here to get the table ready for the bridal show here,  What a great move to have it at Spindletop.  Nice location and beautiful surroundings. 

We were blessed to be a part of The Cardinal Hill Wild Game Dinner last evening. While Chefs Salvador Bobadilla and Isia Flores cooked, Myron Thomas and I served up delicious Bison Empenadas with Salsa Rojo. Guests enjoyed wonderful wild game from local chefs while raising lots of money for a great place that touches all of our lives!

Welcome to the Blog!

I would just like to thank everyone for a great year last year!  As we at DaRae and Friends Catering head into 2012, we are excited to unveil our new blog.  We host many events and wanted to create a blog to display some of our finest work as well as share exciting news and offers during the year.

We can think of no better way to begin than by showing some of our displays from last weekend.  We were at the How Charming Bridal Event hosted by  Ky. Bride Magazine!  Many thanks to Jacki and Jaimeson for choosing to locate this year in the lovely venue of historic Spindletop Hall in central Kentucky.  We met many lovely brides (and grooms) during the afternoon and look forward to working with you in the future creating a wedding meal that your guests will not forget!  Take a look a small sample of our display:
