We were blessed to be a part of The Cardinal Hill Wild Game Dinner last evening. While Chefs Salvador Bobadilla and Isia Flores cooked, Myron Thomas and I served up delicious Bison Empenadas with Salsa Rojo. Guests enjoyed wonderful wild game from local chefs while raising lots of money for a great place that touches all of our lives!
